Yes Virginia, with proper planning it is possible to write two essays on LIS subjects you previously knew nothing about in two-to-three days. And get them in ahead of time.

But you'll have a terrible headache afterwards.

Yay, semester is over, assignments are in, and I've had my post-essay Day of Bludging. Now to read Elizabeth Bear's New Amsterdam (and the other books I bought), watch Psych and Arrested Development, cuss at channel 10 for dumping Burn Notice until a future date unspecified (with three episodes to go), and WRITE!

You know, the usual stuff. :)

Also, I made... well. All the context you need is that [livejournal.com profile] researchgrrrl's phone has preemptive text, and for reasons unknown has added MAKING UP WORDS WHOLESALE to its repertoire. This was the result (and yes, those are actual words it's used):
