Recipe: Banana/Peanut Butter Muffins
Aug. 11th, 2007 07:02 pmMuffins are good. They are snack-worthy, but versatile enough for dessert or afternoon tea. Sometimes they even become the subject of short animated films. This is a muffin recipe I adapted from Jill Dupleix's banana bread recipe - it's pretty forgiving, and oh so tasty!

(I use oil because creaming butter and sugar annoys me; you can easily substitute melted butter, or use slightly more butter at room temperature)
This recipe is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules. Experiment with flavour combinations (eg banana/peanut butter/chocolate/...ginger?) and make it your own. :)
