A small fellow in a tall red cap

It's amazing what can spark off a memory. I was just listening to a show hosted by Tom Bosley, and there was something familiar about his voice. Now Bosley's not exactly been lacking in acting jobs, but the particular emotion his voice kicked off in my chest wasn't associated with any of his recent roles, or even something like Happy Days or Murder She Wrote which I could've seen growing up. I knew I remembered it from when I was little, a sort of grandfatherly wisdom...
